Motrec International is looking for a Technical Support Specialist and warranty to join its dynamic team. As a member of the sales team, the candidate will work in conjunction with the engineering, production and customer service departments.
The candidate’s primary role will be to provide exceptional technical support to our customers and dealers. Duties will include responding to telephone and email inquiries, primarily in English, with timely and accurate technical information. In this regard, the candidate will ensure the initial implementation of problem resolution initiatives, conduct thorough follow-ups and produce accurate reports. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims.

Main responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to customers and dealers
- Taking calls and email correspondence
- Management of warranty claims
- Supervision of our dealer technicians
- Participation in training activities
- Customer satisfaction with after-sales service
- Implementation of efficient procedures
- Production and management of detailed reports
- Implementation of recall campaigns
- Support internal departments with technical issues

- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electricity
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Willingness to travel frequently
Required skills:
- Bilingualism is mandatory (English and French), written as well as spoken (5/5)
- High school diploma (DES), diploma of vocational studies (DEP) or diploma of College diploma (DEC), with relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical/mechanical field
- Experience with manufacturing management softwares (ERP)
- Knowledge of common computer softwares
